Our North Austin, TX client is looking for a receptionist for their small office on a temp to hire basis.

This receptionist is for a small very warm and friendly medical office.  The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, has a professional demeanor, and enjoys dealing with people.

Responsibilities Include:
answering phones
greeting patients and administering new patient paperwork
scheduling patients appointments, new and reoccurring
making reminder calls
